Job summary

The Swatch Group in Toronto is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to drive sales while representing the Swatch brand. You will report to the Store Manager and work about 10 hours per week with flexibility for holidays.

Starting pay is $18.05 per hour plus a monthly performance bonus. Responsibilities include delivering outstanding customer service, processing sales and returns, maintaining visual standards, inventory, and ensuring safety.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales Generation: Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers and resolving issues with a positive attitude. Achieve and exceed sales targets through outstanding product knowledge.
• Operations: Support daily operations, including processing sales and returns, inventory management, and adhering to operation policies and procedures.
• Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining store’s visual standards by following visual merchandising guidelines. Helps maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Compliance: Uphold workplace safety standards.
