Job summary

Swatch is seeking a Sales Associate for our Calgary store on Macleod Trail SW. You will report to the Store Manager and act as a Swatch Brand Ambassador, delivering exceptional customer service and working to achieve sales targets through strong product knowledge.

The role is part-time (15+ hours per week) with a monthly performance bonus. Duties include processing sales and returns, inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining safety standards while delivering a positive shopping

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion and/or accessories.
• Experience working with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers and resolving issues with a positive attitude.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets though outstanding product knowledge
• Process sales and returns, inventory management, and adhering to operation policies and procedures
• Assist in maintaining store’s visual standards by following visual merchandising guidelines and keeping the store clean and organized
• Uphold workplace safety standards
