Canopy Growth Corp in Newfoundland & New Brunswick is seeking a Brand Ambassador to be the first face of our sales team, delivering top‑quality product education and authentic brand storytelling to drive loyalty.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will manage accounts, build relationships with retailers, lead training sessions, schedule visits, and ensure best‑in‑class merchandising while traveling as needed.

Formación

• Minimum two years of experience in retail or sales in related CPG industry.
• Proven ability to grow brand awareness in a territory.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of cannabis is an asset; enthusiasm is a must.

• Connect with customers, share product education, and speak authentically about our products and culture.

• Coordinate with decision makers on product changes, pricing, and promotions.
• Create brand awareness and community engagement within the territory.
• Travel to top revenue driving locations and maintain up‑to‑date records and merchandising assets.
• Lead industry and brand education sessions with stakeholders.
• Support community engagement and training initiatives.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, our Brand Ambassador, Newfoundland & New Brunswick role is the first "feet on the street" of our Sales team and proudly connects with our customers, sharing top-quality product education, and speaking authentically about our products and culture to drive brand loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Managing all accounts in their assigned territory and establishing Canopy Growth as a first-choice partner with customers
• Connecting with customers, sharing top-quality product education, and speaking authentically about our products and culture
• Building and developing relationships with managers and staff at each assigned retail location
• Communicating with key decision makers about changes in product portfolio, pricing strategies and limited time promotional buys
• Creating brand awareness and community engagement within their given territory
• Seeking new opportunities to increase brand exposure and volume
• Effectively managing their given territory, ensuring all administration records and information is up to date
• Ensuring best-in-class execution of merchandising and display assets according to specified guidelines
• Effectively leading industry and brand education sessions with key stakeholders
• Support community engagement, customer-led training, and sampling initiatives
• Managing own time including building effective weekly/monthly store visit schedules that align with top revenue-driving locations
• Other duties assigned

Experience

• Have a minimum two-year’s experience within retail or sales in related CPG industry, industry experience would be preferred.
• Previous success in growing brand awareness, within a given territory, using outside of the box thinking
• Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills.
• Are self-motivated and have exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Possessing knowledge of cannabis is an asset; enthusiasm is a must.
• Previous experience being a Brand Ambassador will be an asset.
• Experience in Beverage Alcohol, Cannabis, or related CPG industry an asset.
• Proven track record of working remotely and independently

• Willingness to travel

This is a full time remote position based out of Newfoundland.

Salary - $60,000 - $70,000 + car allowance
