Job summary

Daikin Comfort Technologies Distribution, Inc. is seeking a Branch Manager Trainee for our Calgary, Alberta operations.

The role involves learning all aspects of branch operations, shadowing or performing duties across CSR, warehouse, drivers, and Branch Manager tracks, with progression to Branch Manager upon completion. The Trainee will participate in structured training, complete online assessments, and develop leadership, customer service, and operational skills to drive branch performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, HVAC-related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of customer service, retail, or HVAC experience preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Ability to learn branch operations within 8–12 months and progress to Branch Manager.

Responsibilities

• Learn all branch functions including CSRs/Inside Sales, Warehouse, Drivers, and Branch Manager.
• Support outbound calling to grow walk-in business and maintain customer accounts.
• Process orders, purchase orders, and delivery dates with accuracy.
• Maintain branch showroom and warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Develop leadership and time-management skills during training.
