Job summary

Daikin Comfort Technologies Distribution, Inc. in Kanata, Ontario is seeking a Branch Manager Trainee to learn all aspects of branch operations by shadowing or performing duties across roles, progressing to Branch Manager.

The program includes training with evaluations and an online assessment, supporting growth within the Branch Operations group and the opportunity to advance to leadership as training completes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, HVAC-related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn branch operations quickly.

Responsibilities

• Learn all aspects of branch operations and the Branch Manager position.
• Shadow or fulfill duties across CSR, Inside Sales, Warehouse and Branch Management roles.
• Maintain records and assist with reports, inventory, and customer communication.
• Work with management to ensure high levels of service and accuracy.
