Arctic Beverages Group of Companies in Flin Flon is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, mentor staff, and drive efficiency. You will manage warehouse activities, inventory, logistics, and customer service while coordinating with sales teams to grow revenue.

A hands-on leader, you will ensure safety and timely delivery of goods in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes operational excellence, staff development, and proactive problem-solving to meet customer demands

Qualifications

• Experience leading and recruiting staff for warehouse operations.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license; ability to support deliveries.
• Excellent time management and organization in fast-paced settings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in operations.
• Solid understanding of supply chain and warehouse management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all warehouse operations: inventory control, logistics, shipping, and space management.
• Monitor sales performance and collaborate with sales/merchandising teams to drive revenue.
• Develop and manage staff schedules to meet demand while minimizing overtime.
• Inspect equipment and tools for timely maintenance and readiness.
• Set and monitor operational goals to maximize warehouse efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Design systems for product handling, storage, equipment use, inventory, and shipping.
• Promote a safe, healthy work environment adhering to safety protocols.
• Provide delivery support to ensure merchandise is distributed accurately and on time.
• Perform additional duties to support branch operations.
