Job summary

Wajax in Vaughan, Canada, is seeking a branch leader to drive strategic and operational vision, mentor staff, and manage budgets to meet company targets. You will ensure safe, productive operations and collaborate with inventory/purchasing to meet customer demand.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Management or equivalent. Strong focus on performance improvement, mentoring, and customer service within a diverse team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Business and/or Management or relative experience
• 3-5 years relevant work experience
• experience working with budgets, analyzing reports and developing targets

Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer annual budgets and monthly updates
• Identify opportunities for performance improvement and promote best practices
• Ensure staffing plans reflect high performance, mentoring and development
• Work with Inventory Planning and Purchasing to meet customer demand and service levels
• Manage branch personnel performance, safety, training and customer service
• Fulfill orders and inquiries within parts and cost expectations
• Meet with Managers and Supervisors to design and implement work plans
