Gerrie Electric Wholesale Ltd. is seeking a Branch Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our Welland location. You will lead staff, coordinate purchasing, manage inventory, and assist the manager with planning and budgeting.

A strong focus on customer service and process adherence is essential. You will interact with vendors, support order desks, and ensure pricing and promotions are executed accurately.

Qualifications

• Post secondary education in electrical or business is preferred.
• Experience in electrical distribution or related industry is required.
• Proven leadership and supervisory capabilities with a focus on customer service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise branch operations and staff, ensuring efficiency and professionalism.
• Assist with purchasing, inventory management, and order desk activities.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and address variances; ensure on-time deliveries.
• Provide price, stock and delivery information; support sales and customer service.
• Develop vendor relationships and promote company standards and pricing.
• Support annual planning and budgeting efforts with the Branch Manager.
