National Bank Financial – Wealth Management seeks a Branch Administrator to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, assist with HR questions, and maintain compliance with policies. You will support the Regional Manager and collaborate with branch staff to uphold budgetary and administrative standards across the branch network.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and a proactive approach to problem-solving within a Canadian wealth management context.

Qualifications

• College or technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 3 years of experience or equivalent
• Experience in the investment industry is an asset
• Completion of CSC and Conduct and Practices Handbook is an asset
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Ensure branch operations related to financial transactions are compliant
• Act as contact person for operational issues, HR questions and logistical needs
• Disseminate administrative procedures and policies to branch staff
• Perform follow-ups as recommended by Internal Audit and Compliance
• Closely monitor budgets related to branch activities
• Ensure premises and work environment are maintained
• Provide administrative support to the Regional Manager
