Job summary

Brandt Tractor Ltd. in Sudbury is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee daily branch activities and drive sales growth and profitability.

The candidate will report to the Division Manager and must communicate effectively to lead a team, manage assets, and support customers and employees for long-term success. The role requires strong leadership, a proven track record in heavy equipment, and a commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the heavy equipment field with 3-5 years in a progressively responsible management role.
• Proven product support background and understanding of departmental operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate staff.
• Strong work ethic and dedication to excellence.
• Post-secondary education is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales growth and profitability in all areas of the branch.
• Achieve asset management and market share goals.
• Manage and develop all employees to build a motivated workforce for long-term success.
• Provide feedback and input into future opportunities and competitive pressures.
• Manage branch accounts receivable in conjunction with the Director of Credit Services.
• Other duties as assigned.

Brandt Tractor Ltd. has an exciting opportunity for a Branch Manager in our Sudbury Brandt Peterbilt location. Reporting to the Division Manager, the successful candidate will responsible for managing all daily branch activities, and must be a highly motivated individual who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
