Job summary

ATB Financial is seeking a Branch Manager in Alberta to lead a branch with an entrepreneurial mindset, driving growth and profitability while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will mentor staff, build client relationships, and implement innovative approaches to banking. The role requires agile leadership, strong communication, and the ability to translate community opportunities into branch success.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years previous experience in retail banking or commercial lending.
• Post secondary education in business, commerce, or equivalent experience or financial training.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
