Job summary

Kawartha Credit Union Ltd. is seeking a Branch Manager at our Kingston Downtown Branch. You will provide leadership and oversight for branch operations and HR functions, driving a sales and service culture and coaching staff to meet goals.

Responsibilities include leading credit and wealth management activities, administration and reporting, and representing the Credit Union in community events. Post-secondary education in business/finance/HR preferred; mortgage designation is a plus.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education with emphasis in business, finance or HR.
• Mortgage Professional Designation or equivalent pursued.
• Experience in lending and/or wealth management.
• Supervisory or management experience.

Location: Kingston Downtown, ON

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Saturday

Rate of Pay:$65,868.92 - $96,866.12 annually

Position Description:

As a Branch Manager, you will provide excellent leadership and be responsible for managing all branch operational and human resources functions. Specific responsibilities will include:

Promote a sales and service culture through leadership, coaching and employee engagement;

• Manage branch credit and wealth management functions;
• Manage branch administration and reporting;
• Lead business development and growth initiatives to support achievement of branch goals and;
• Represent the Credit Union in community related events and organizations.

Qualifications:

Post-secondary education with emphasis in business, financial planning or human resources.

Working towards obtaining Mortgage Professional Designation or equivalent

• Previous financial services experience with a focus in lending and/or wealth management.
• Previous supervisory or management experience.
