Job summary

First Onsite Property Restoration in Canada is seeking a Branch Manager II to lead operations, drive performance, and build a branch that runs with excellence and a bit of fun. You’ll oversee project execution, financial health, and a culture where your team can grow and succeed.

As Branch Manager, you’ll mentor leaders, manage budgets and KPIs, collaborate with Project Managers, Estimators and Supervisors, and occasionally travel to conferences.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of industry experience (level II or III XACTIMATE).
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts and branch financials.
• Strong understanding of restoration/construction processes and job costing.
• Able to travel for work conferences and meetings as needed.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations and ensure top-tier project execution.
• Monitor branch financial performance and margins.
• Lead, coach, and mentor branch staff and managers.
• Collaborate with Sales and Regional leadership to drive growth.
