You’ll develop plans to grow the customer base, engage with local clients and organizations, and mentor staff to strengthen operational competency and personal development. The role is a temporary 12-month opportunity in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in retail banking or commercial lending.
• Post secondary education in business, commerce, or financial training.
• Strong communication, leadership and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Make decisions based on market and community plans to grow customer base.
• Proactively engage with clients and community beyond the branch.
• Hire, coach, and develop staff across lines of business.
• Translate community opportunities into branch success.
