ATB branch managers run their branch like it’s their own business, and have direct responsibility for increasing revenues and profitability.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• 3-5 years previous experience in retail banking or commercial lending
• Post secondary education in business, commerce, or equivalent experience or financial training

• Have strong negotiation and relationship building skills
• Demonstrate leadership qualities and experience

Additional Information

This role requires Wednesday evening and Saturday shifts on a rotating basis.
