Job summary

Rentokil Terminix in Sackville, NB seeks a Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, drive revenue growth, and manage provincial accounts. You will build client relationships, mentor Operations Managers, and ensure service excellence across the branch.

The role requires strong leadership, a sharp business sense, and the ability to balance administrative duties with field work. A valid driver’s license and pest control license (or willingness to obtain) are needed.

• 5+ years industry experience (asset)
• 5+ years managing managers in a fast-paced environment
• Strong business acumen
• Ability to manage projects and employees
• Ability to balance admin duties with field work

• Proficiency in written and verbal communication
• Clear, concise feedback, performance management and coaching

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day activities of the Operations Managers
• Manage and grow provincial accounts
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients
• Assist Regional Director with revenue growth and retention
• Respond to new customer sales requests and inquiries
• Address and escalate customer service requests
• Provide support for employee or customer issues
• Understand pesticide-related technical data and application per label
• Learn and share industry trends and best practices
• Implement company programs and guidelines
• Ensure adherence to company policies and motivate staff
• Maintain inventory control and audits
• Perform additional duties as required
