AccessSMT/ CP is seeking a Branch Manager for the Edmonton location. You will direct all branch operations with full P&L responsibility, lead a team of professionals, and drive sales, customer service, and project execution across architectural hardware, access control, and building systems.

The ideal candidate combines leadership experience in construction or building supplies with strong financial acumen, strategic selling skills, and a collaborative, results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 7-10 + years’ experience in construction, building supplies or architectural hardware.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience leading and managing a team.
• Well developed customer service and sales ability.
• Strong financial and business acumen.
• Strong people skills.
• Undergraduate degree or diploma in related field or related working experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and ERP Systems

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all branch operations with full P&L responsibility.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key builders, architects and industry influencers.
• Plan and prioritize selling activities to achieve goals and grow sales.
• Lead and coach staff, manage onboarding, performance, and culture.
• Coordinate with Corporate Support Services to align go-to-market activities and company strategy.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and efficient operational processes at the Edmonton location.
