Job summary

Stanley Access Technologies, an Allegion brand, is seeking a Branch Manager for the Edmonton, AB area. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage branch P&L, and drive productivity projects while ensuring safety and policy compliance on every installation and service delivery.

The role requires strong communication, strategic thinking, and hands-on mentoring of associates. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with 5+ years of management and P&L experience in a construction or service business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• 5+ years of management experience in a construction/service business.
• 5+ years of P&L ownership.
• Ability to handle multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative problem-solving and a passion for process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Foster positive relationships across departments including Field Operations, Sales, Manufacturing Operations, Finance, Engineering, etc.
• Resolve conflicts within the branch and elevate issues to Regional Manager and HR as necessary.
• Act as a model and mentor to associates, upholding business code of conduct and Sarbanes‑Oxley requirements.
• Oversee branch personnel operations: performance planning, OSHA logs, payroll, expense reports, worker’s comp claims, hiring, discipline, and termination.
• Ensure training (AAADM Certification, Boon Edam, BEA, CJ Rush, etc.) and EHS Web training are completed.
• Meet technicians on-site to verify installations meet AAADM and company policies.
• Coordinate purchase and disposal of fleet vehicles, ensuring policy compliance and claims management.
• Participate in weekly Field Manager’s Call, BI Call, Sales Call, and oversee accurate forecasting.
• Drive productivity projects to completion on time and within budget.
• Manage branch P&L, fixed and recurring costs, and conduct site visits with technicians and customers.
