Job summary

Altis in Yellowknife is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the branch and own performance, profitability and customer experience. You will empower a team to deliver responsible lending solutions while growing the business and strengthening relationships within the Yellowknife community.

You will report to the District Manager, shaping a welcoming and high-performing workplace with a focus on community presence and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of directly related financial services sales experience or 3–5 years of management experience.
• College diploma preferred, with a bachelor’s degree or coursework in business considered an asset.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate, develop and engage a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship-building skills.
• Strong verbal, written and listening skills, with confidence communicating across all levels.
• Proactive, self-starting approach with sound initiative and accountability.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment.

About the Opportunity
