Job summary

ICONIX Waterworks is seeking a Branch Lead to oversee daily operations, lead a team, manage the branch budget, and drive continuous improvement. The role emphasizes leadership, budget forecasting, and strong stakeholder relationships within a Canadian market.

You will coordinate safety training, monitor inventory, and work closely with customers and vendors to capitalize on market opportunities while ensuring high performance and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 7+ years of related work experience including 3 years in supervision.
• Proven leadership and organizational skills; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of employees to effectively and efficiently run the branch according to the business plan
• Evaluate and make the necessary changes to the branch’s current practices and procedures to improve daily operations, and prioritizes work to successfully meet timelines, managing continuous improvement
• Track financial and operational progress of branch and provide metrics data to the regional manager regularly
• Develop and manage branch budget (including capital expenditures). Forecasts budget expectations monthly
• Facilitate employee safety training
• Monitor inventory levels/purchasing and inventory budget including reducing and controlling slow and obsolete inventory
• May perform other related duties within the scope of the position as required to meet the ongoing needs of the organization

• Computer skills using Microsoft office suite and the ability to retrieve and enter information to/from a database and create reports

• High School Dipolma or GED required
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Sales/Marketing or related field preferred
• 7+ years of related work experience that includes 3 years’ work experience
• Manage a group or team of individual contributors and/or indirectly supervises support staff
• Must hold a valid driver’s license

• Base Pay $85,000 - $90,000/Yr. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
