Qualifications

• MBA or professional designation preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in commercial banking.
• 3+ years of leadership experience overseeing multiple branches or teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop commercial team members to achieve business objectives and exceptional member experiences.
• Oversee district’s commercial portfolio, ensuring alignment with credit risk framework and governance.
• Develop and execute district-level business development strategies to expand market share and attract new commercial clients.
