Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Assistant Branch Manager supports leading the retail branch team to deliver exceptional, member‑centric experiences aligned with Beem’s People First, Digital First strategy. This role assists in achieving branch‑level performance goals, operational excellence, member engagement, and compliance. Acting as a key partner to the Branch Manager, the Assistant Branch Manager helps ensure frontline teams are equipped to deliver advice‑first service, drive digital adoption, and foster strong member relationships while driving business growth through a sales goals approach. Additionally, this role provides coaching and development support to team members, contributing to a collaborative and high‑performing branch culture.
