Job summary

Pitt Meadows Community Branch is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to lead member service and business development in Pitt Meadows, BC. You will build relationships with business contacts and promote Vancity products, while guiding a team to deliver an excellent member experience.

The role requires at least 3 years in financial services, leadership experience, and strong communication. We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive rewards package with living wage status and benefits.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of overall experience within the financial industry or a related field.
1 year of leadership experience.
Advanced knowledge of Vancity products, policies, and services.
Strong communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

Continuously building business and financial planning acumen of member facing staff to deliver a great member experience.
Facilitating quality member interactions and service standards.
Managing day-to-day service delivery, staffing and scheduling during high-volume periods.
Assisting the Branch Manager in financial objective planning for the branch.
