Vancity is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager in Pitt Meadows to lead staff, build member relationships, and promote financial products and services. You will drive service excellence and leverage community connections to grow the branch’s impact within the Crest region.

The role emphasizes leadership, planning, and effective communication to deliver measurable results while supporting the Branch Manager and maintaining Vancity’s values and standards.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in financial industry or related field, 1 year in leadership.
• Strong business acumen in financial services.
• Deep knowledge of Vancity products, policies, systems and services.
• Advanced knowledge of Vancity strategies and programs.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day branch operations and staff to deliver great member experiences.
• Develop plans to achieve financial objectives for the branch.
• Foster relationships with members and the business community.
• Oversee staff scheduling, service standards, and referrals.
