Job summary

Kings Energy Services Ltd in Grande Prairie is seeking a Branch Lead to plan, direct, and optimize all branch activities. You will oversee staff, budget, safety compliance, and customer/supplier relationships to strengthen the company image and drive sales.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on management style, and the ability to coordinate with Head office and Quality departments. Expect a dynamic, office-and-shop environment with regular travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management/leadership experience.
• Experience and/or willingness to learn equipment repairs for service and drilling rigs, valves, and related areas.
• Knowledge of API Q1 certification is preferred or desired.
• A valid license and clean driver’s abstract.
• B.O.P repair experience is a plus.
• Journeyman Machinist or experience focused on manual machining.
• Experience with quality systems and processes.
• Pre-employment drug screening may be required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct all activities within the delegated branch.
• Lead and motivate a team of 10+ personnel and support HR processes.
• Cultivate relationships with customers and suppliers to drive growth.
• Ensure branch operations, inventory, logistics, safety, and quality controls are maintained.
• Monitor audits, KPIs, and cost controls; report forecast results.
• Oversee time and attendance and shift workflows; provide backup support.
