Job summary

Gentek Building Products - Canada is seeking a Branch Driver in Toronto, ON to safely drive, load, and unload products and support warehouse tasks with accuracy and customer focus.

Required DZ license, Moffett experience, and a high school education; AZ license is an asset. Weekdays, competitive benefits, savings plan, and an Employee & Family Assistance Program await a welcoming team focused on safety and service.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid DZ driver’s license; AZ license is an asset.
• Experience operating Moffett equipment is preferred.
• High school education required.
• Ability to read and write words and numbers.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload products using the appropriate equipment.
• Know our products and your route; greet customers professionally.
• Pick orders and prepare them in staging areas for delivery.
• Assist with loading and unloading of delivery trucks and with immediate pick-ups.
• Ensure accuracy of orders against paperwork.
• Move incoming product to designated locations in the branch.

Responsibilities:

Driving & Deliveries

• Safely load and unload product using the appropriate equipment
• Know our products and your route
• Know our customers. Greet and assist them in a friendly and efficient manner

When Not On The Road, You Will Be a Valued Member Of Our Warehouse Team. You'll Perform a Variety Of Tasks Related To Product Movement, Warehouse Organization And Cleanliness, And Customer Service. General Responsibilities Include:

Shipping & Receiving

• Pick orders and prepare them in staging areas for delivery
• Assist with loading and unloading of delivery trucksPick orders for immediate pick-up
• Ensure accuracy of order against paperwork
• Move incoming product to the designated location in the branch
