Canadian Energy is seeking a Branch Associate to deliver exceptional customer service at the Calgary front counter and by phone. You will learn Canadian Energy products to guide customers toward the right solutions and assist with order processing, invoicing, and inventory tasks.
The role involves warehouse duties, shipping/receiving, and occasional forklift operation. A Class 5 license and ability to lift 50 lb are required, with safety as a priority.

About the position:
The Branch Associate will be responsible for providing customer service at the front counter and over the phone while also supporting warehouse operations as needed. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working directly with walk-in customers, answering customer inquiries by telephone, and learning about Canadian Energy products to help customers find the right solutions for their needs.
Each customer's needs are unique, and the successful candidate will need to be comfortable using their product knowledge to provide helpful and creative solutions. In addition to customer service responsibilities, the Branch Associate will assist with order processing, inventory, shipping and receiving, and general warehouse duties as required. This position is a great opportunity for the selected candidate to work on a wide variety of tasks and gain valuable experience in customer service, office administration, invoicing, inventory organization, and warehousing.
As a Canadian Energy team member, a typical week will include the following:
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
