Kawartha Financial Services in Peterborough, ON is seeking a Branch Ambassador (Permanent, Full-time) to deliver member service excellence and foster loyalty. You will assist members in person, by phone or electronically, and guide them to Advisors for needs-based financial advice.

Responsibilities include supporting routine transactions, educating members about the branch design, and providing administrative support to lending and investment teams.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Excellent customer service, organizational and sales skills.
• Customer service or banking experience would be an asset.

Branch Ambassador (Permanent, Full-time)

Location: Peterborough, ON

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Saturday

Rate of Pay: $38,520.30 - $52,115.70 annually

Compensation:

Compensation for this position is determined by skills, experience, and education. It is aligned with the locations market data, as well as internal equity. Candidates whose qualifications more closely align with the job requirements may be placed higher within the compensation range.
