Job summary

Arctic Inland Resources Ltd. is seeking a Branch Administrator to join our Dawson City team.

This role combines customer service and sales support with financial administration, requiring strong organization and a collaborative approach to serving customers in a small-branch environment. You will provide front-line support, process transactions, balance POS, handle payroll hours to the main office, reconcile payments, and maintain organized financial records while supporting credit policy

Qualifications

• Experience using accounting software and spreadsheets.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of building supply or the construction industry is considered an asset.
• Willingness to learn Spruce Software System.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-counter customer service.
• Process sales transactions, quotes, and orders using our POS system (training provided).
• Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries.
• Assist contractors and retail customers with product information.
• Ensure all materials leaving the yard are properly invoiced and records are accurate.
