Branch Administrator

Role Summary:

Our Montreal – Pointe Claire office is looking for Branch Administrator to join the team. The main job duties and responsibilities of this role will be to support all aspects of administration for the branch.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support as needed for all departments
  • Process data and documents as required for company reports, within company systems and for company retention
  • Assist the Operations team with support and information as may be required
  • Close projects and work orders and process billings
  • Manage and resolve disputes with customers according to company policies
  • Provide support to sales and order entry team to provide company compliance documents as requested by customers
  • Check/respond to email and phone inquiries
  • Order branch office supplies
  • Responsible for complying with all company standards & procedures.
  • Follow established health & safety procedures; report all accidents and hazards to the appropriate personnel.
  • Other duties as assigned by the reporting Manager
Job Requirements
  • Post-Secondary education in Office Administration or a related discipline preferred
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced administrative environment
