Job summary

TK Elevator is seeking a detail-oriented administrator to support the branch in Sudbury. You will handle front desk duties, respond to inquiries, manage AR/AP, process weekly payroll, input repair data, monitor petty cash, and maintain office supplies.

You will also assist HR activities and safety initiatives while producing regular reports. The role requires a Diploma in Business or Office Administration with at least 2 years of relevant experience and strong Microsoft Office skills.

  • Diploma in Business or Office Administration required.
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative duties for the branch.
  • Manage front reception responsibilities.
  • Respond to customer inquiries or redirect to appropriate department.
  • Handle AR & AP duties and communications for overdue accounts.
  • Process weekly payroll for the branch and ensure accurate records.
  • Input repair bill data and cost details into the database.
  • Monitor petty cash and replenish monthly.
  • Order office supplies and maintain equipment.
  • Review invoices and forward to AP for processing.
  • Manage fleet entries and reporting.
  • Record HR activities and assist with safety initiatives.
  • Complete weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
  • Support change initiatives including new systems.

Job description

  • Perform AR & AP duties, issue correspondence to customers regarding overdue accounts, address customer inquiries and gather appropriate documentation on behalf of the Collections Department
  • Perform administrative tasks associated with the processing of weekly payroll for the entire branch - ensuring timesheets are accurate and payroll information accurately documented within the database
  • Receive repair bills, manually compute the cost of labor hours and material costs, and input information into the database
  • Monitor petty cash and replenish at the end of the month, if necessary
  • Monitor and re-order office supplies and equipment
  • Review invoices and forward to accounts payable for further processing
  • Handle all fleet entries and reporting for the branch
  • Handle consultant and government documentation
  • Record HR activities & assist with various safety initiatives and compliance requirements
