Job summary

Wolseley Canada is seeking a warehouse administrator to support documentation, data entry and order processing in Edmonton. You will collaborate with warehouse staff to prepare MTRs, scan and file documents, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

What You Will Do

• Work with warehouse staff to prepare MTRs for all out going customer orders.
• Scan and enter all MTRs / documents into data base for all incoming stock and sold items
• Support when needed in the preparation of documentation packages and ensure all necessary documentation complies with industry regulations and customer specifications
• Cover vacation time for warehouse administration
• Pull and scan paperwork as requested by sales team

What You Will Bring

• Working knowledge of MS Office applications is required
