Job summary

The Burger's Priest is hiring a Supervisor for our Mapleview Barrie location. You will lead a team, train staff to deliver absolute service, and manage daily operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and inventory. Flexibility for mixed shifts is required to ensure guest satisfaction.

We seek candidates with at least 1 year of leadership experience, a passion for food, and a customer-first mindset. Food Handler certification is preferred or a willingness to certify.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience leading a team.
• Friendly and enthusiastic about everything you do.
• Passionate about food and providing great guest experiences.
• Food Handler Certified or willing to certify.
• Available for mixed shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Works well in a team setting but can complete tasks independently as needed.
• Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Well organized with ability to multitask.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time in a hot environment.
