Job summary

The Burger’s Priest is hiring a Full-time Supervisor for our 1922 Queen St E location. You will lead and coach the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences while partnering with senior management.

You’ll open/close the restaurant as a key holder, handle cash deposits, orders, and inventory, and address guest concerns with a focus on quality and speed. We offer flexible scheduling, a welcoming work environment, competitive wages with tips, and growth opportunities within a company that owns

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience leading a team
• Food Handler Certification or willingness to certify
• Available for mixed shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Works well in a team setting but can complete tasks independently as needed
• Ability to stand for long periods and in hot environments
• Strong attention to detail and well organized with multitasking ability
• Able to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment

The Burger’s Priest is hiring a Full-time Supervisor at our 1922 Queen St E location!

What You Will Do In This Role

• Train and coach the team below you to provide “ABSOLUTE” service
• Set clear expectations and follow up with your team on a regular basis
• Take direction and feedback from the Senior Management team
• Open and close the restaurant independently (key holder)
• Reconcile cash deposits
• Place orders and perform inventory counts
• Address customer concerns ensuring that each guest leaves satisfied

What We Are Looking For From You

• Minimum 1 year of experience leading a team
• Friendly and enthusiastic about everything you do
• Passionate about food and providing only the best guest experiences
• Food Handler Certified or willing to certify
• Available for mixed shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
