The Burger’s Priest is hiring a grill crew for our Mississauga location, at 5027 Hurontario St. We seek individuals who take pride in burgers, enjoy a fast-paced kitchen, and value a respectful, inclusive workplace.

You will follow recipes, season and cook food as directed, operate kitchen equipment safely, and maintain sanitary practices while supporting teammates in a collaborative environment.

The Burger’s Priest is hiring a grill crew at our 5027 Hurontario St, Mississauga, ON L4Z 3X6, Canada location!

What You Will Do In This Role

• Follow recipe and presentation specifications
• Prepare, season and cook food as directed
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Adopt a “clean as you go” mentality and adhere to all sanitation/food production policies
• Be a team player by assisting co-workers as needed

What We Are Looking For From You

• Someone with high standards who ensures the perfect burger is served to our guests every time
• Passionate about food
• Works well in a team setting but can complete tasks independently as needed
• Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
• Well organized with the ability to multitask
• Available for mixed shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Must posses safe food handlers certificate
• Bonus points for previous experience as a line cook
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in hot environments
