Job summary

The Burger’s Priest is hiring a BP GRILL at our Calgary location. You will lead and coach the team, open and close shifts, and ensure guests leave satisfied with fast, friendly service.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of leadership experience, are passionate about food, and hold or are willing to obtain a Food Handler Certification. Flexible, evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience leading a team.
• Food Handler Certification required or willing to certify.
• Available for mixed shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Works well in a team but can complete tasks independently as needed.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach the team to provide ABSOLUTE service.
• Set clear expectations and follow up with your team on a regular basis.
• Take direction and feedback from the Senior Management team.
• Open and close the restaurant independently (key holder).
• Reconcile cash deposits.
• Place orders and perform inventory counts.
• Address customer concerns ensuring that each guest leaves satisfied.

What You Will Do In This Role

What We Are Looking For From You

• Passionate about food and providing only the best guest experiences
• Food Handler Certified or willing to certify
• Available for mixed shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Works well in a team setting but can complete tasks independently as needed
• Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
• Well organized with ability to multitask
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and in a hot environment
