Job summary

CHANEL Canada ULC in Toronto's Yorkville flagship boutique is seeking a Sales & Stock Support to assist the Fashion Boutique team with administrative and back-of-house duties while upholding CHANEL standards of service, presentation and teamwork.

You'll manage inventory, assist on the shop floor, handle packaging, gift wrapping and client communications, supporting inventory integrity and cross-department collaboration. Competitive compensation: 55,000 CAD per year + bonus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in retail operations and/or stock experience.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving.
• Customer service oriented with strong communication skills.
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Able to work with different departments and teams.
• Fluent English; second language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong client relationships in person and by phone.
• Provide top customer service to clients, Boutique Management and Head Office.
• Assist on the shop floor, welcome clients, present new collections, escort to the door.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and CHANEL Head Office.
• Prepare packaging and assist with gift wrapping parcels.
• Document messages for Fashion Advisors promptly.
• Assist in inventory management, shipments and transfers.
• Execute after-sales tasks and maintain inventory integrity.
• Keep back-office areas clean and stocked; ensure cash/wrap stations are prepared.
