Job summary

CHANEL CANADA ULC in Vancouver seeks a Sales & Stock Support to bolster the Vancouver Boutique team with administrative and back-of-house duties while maintaining CHANEL standards of exceptional customer service, personal presentation and teamwork.

You will assist on the shop floor, manage inventory, process shipments, wrap gifts and document messages for Fashion Advisors, ensuring confidentiality and collaboration across departments in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in retail operations and/or stock.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent English; French a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain client relationships in-person and by phone.
• Provide excellent customer service to colleagues and Head Office.
• Assist on the shop floor, welcome clients, present new collections, escort customers to the door.
• Document messages and relay to Fashion Advisors in a timely manner.
• Assist inventory management, shipments, transfers, cycle counts, and stock organization.
• Support after-sales tasks and ensure inventory integrity.
