Nestlé Canada is seeking a Boutique Manager for the Windsor Devons site. You will lead a high-performance team to achieve sales, service levels, and KPI targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience in a luxury coffee boutique.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, inventory management, staffing planning, and partnership with regional managers to ensure smooth operations and growth opportunities for the team.

Formación

• 5+ years of high-volume retail management experience.
• Strong team-building and coaching skills.
• Excellent time management, communication, problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Passionate about coffee and sustainability.
• Experience in the food or coffee space is a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods and to lift up to 23 kg.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales and service targets for the boutique.
• Maximize guest frequency, new club members and accessory/machine sales.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on coffee and Nespresso products; coach team accordingly.
• Recruit, hire and train the team; manage staffing and inventory.
• Utilize SOPs and ensure operations run smoothly; deliver periodic reports.
