Job summary

Cartier Boutique Assistant role supports the luxury boutique client experience through hospitality, appointment preparation, client services, and daily boutique operations in a temporary capacity. The role partners with boutique management and sales associates to create a welcoming, seamless environment and uphold Cartier standards.

Responsibilities include greeting clients, assisting with appointments and product presentation, managing traffic, and helping with opening and closing routines

Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality preferred.
• Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills; SAP knowledge preferred.
• Excellent organization, communication, attention to detail, and client service skills.
• Availability for retail hours, including weekends, and ability to meet physical demands including lifting up to approximately 45 pounds.

• Follow security and operational procedures and collaborate with boutique staff on client experience and special projects.

Requirements
