Job summary

Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation seeks a Specialist, Software Developer & Integrator (Boomi) to design and implement innovative software solutions. You will be the focal point for stakeholders, ensuring business requirements are understood and met, while supporting continuous improvement through Boomi and SuccessFactors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of Boomi experience with advanced design and standards.
• Proven experience in developing, deploying, and managing complex integrations and APIs using Boomi.
• Experience with SuccessFactors modules including EC, Time Management, LMS and others.
• Experience with Web Service APIs (REST/SOAP), XML/JSON, Integration Center, SSO setup.
• Experience with cloud platforms; Azure DevOps, SaaS/IaaS/PaaS, and Git.
• Willingness to learn, grow professionally, and work in an Agile environment.
• Desirable Boomi Certification and SuccessFactors certifications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the client community to determine system needs and document processes.
• Author technical specs and diagrams for new and existing solutions.
• Design and implement Boomi configurations per requirements and best practices.
• Configure and maintain Boomi integrations with SAP SuccessFactors, D365 and external SaaS.
• Monitor, support, troubleshoot integrations and participate in testing and deployment.
• Stay updated on Boomi releases, best practices, and industry trends.
