Qualifications

• BS degree or equivalent in computer science, information systems, or engineering or related field.
• 5+ years IT industry experience and 5+ years in system administration.
• Solid understanding of networking (load balancing, TCP/IP, DNS/HTTP).
• 5+ years experience managing productivity and collaboration systems (Google Workspace, Slack).
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Perl, VBScript, SQL).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IT support contact for the Vancouver office and global sites.
• Provide end-user technology support for productivity suites, video conferencing, and devices.
• Manage incidents, outages, and escalations with timely updates and root-cause analysis.
• Maintain hardware, software, access, and network support across multiple sites.
• Recommend improvements to tooling and processes to improve stability and MTTR.
• Build partnerships with regional business units to align on IT services and data quality.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure reliable service delivery.
• Document procedures and maintain cross-site awareness with stakeholders.
• Support talent development and foster a positive culture aligned with Boomi values.
