Job summary

Great Lawns & Beyond Ltd is seeking a reliable Bookkeeper to join our remote team in Canada. You'll help manage day-to-day accounting tasks and financial reporting to keep operations running smoothly.

This is a full-time, permanent remote role (Philippines-based) with flexible hours; you’ll handle invoices, expenses, payroll data, and bank reconciliations using QuickBooks Online.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with Canadian payroll experience preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online (QBO).
• Understanding of basic accounting principles (debits, credits, journal entries).
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines.
• Experience with Canadian payroll or bookkeeping.
