Job summary

MRSB Group, located in Summerside, PEI, is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper for a full-time, permanent role. The position offers a salary of $42,000–$48,000 CAD, depending on experience, with the opportunity to serve multiple clients across PEI.

The successful candidate will maintain client financial records, prepare reports, and manage ledgers, reconciliations, AP/AR, payroll, and government remittances. Travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of bookkeeping or related work experience.
• Proficiency with Sage 50, QuickBooks Online, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong time-management, organizational, communication, numerical and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently.
• A valid driver's license as some travel to client sites across PEI will be required.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining records of financial transactions of the clients.
• Preparing daily/monthly reports.
• Maintaining general ledger, reconciling banks, credit cards, inventory, AP/AR and payroll.
• Government remittances.
