Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Bookkeeper. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing financial transactions, and generating financial reports. Day-to-day tasks include posting journal entries, updating financial statements, reconciling bank and credit card accounts, and ensuring the accuracy of accounting data.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Bookkeeping and generating Journal Entries
• Experience with Financial Statements and Finance management
• Experience with payroll
• Knowledge of Accounting Software, specifically Quickbooks
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Professional certification such as Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or Certified Public Bookkeeper (CPB) is a plus
