Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Assistant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist with various accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. This role is essential in supporting the accounting department's daily operations, contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily accounting tasks such as data entry, filing, and invoice processing
  • Help prepare financial documents and reports
  • Support the team with reconciliations and basic bookkeeping
  • Maintain accurate and organized records
  • Perform general office duties related to accounting and administration
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners when needed

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of accounting principles (e.g., debit, credit, invoices, receipts)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn and follow procedures
