What will you be doing?

• Update import costing: Assure that all imported products are properly reported, paid, and reflected in the financial ledgers.
• Tax preparation: Assures accurate, timely and efficient preparation of the HST/GST and QST taxes.
• Code and record AP invoices: Reconcile and verify company invoices and monthly statements, assign payments to applicable cost centers.
• Review cash activity: Ensure daily cash activity for specified accounts is reviewed for appropriateness, strengthening controls over cash.
• Serve as a liaison to Canada Revenue: Collaborate and support with routine tax matters, in conjunction with the corporate tax department on an as-needed basis.
