Booking Operations Analyst

Location: Hybrid | Downtown Toronto (Tues & Thurs)

Length: 6-Month Contract (extendable)

Hourly Rate: $36-42/hour T4 OR $42-50/hour Incorporation

About the Role:

Join The Client’s Quote to Cash (Q2C) Strategy and Operations team as a Booking Operations Analyst. You’ll help ensure the accuracy of bookings and forecasting data while supporting cross-functional teams including Sales, Sales Ops, and Sales Strategy. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate bookings data and product allocation calculations
• Support monthly and quarterly close processes
• Calculate product allocations using internal algorithms
• Run monitoring reports and take follow-up action
• Manage a daily case queue from cross-functional teams
• Execute recurring data updates accurately and on time
• Handle process and policy inquiries; escalate when needed
• Identify and resolve operational issues
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Understanding of the Quote to Cash (Q2C) lifecycle
• Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines accurately
• Familiarity with business and financial processes
• High attention to detail
