Job summary

JD Sports Canada in Montreal region is seeking a Back of House Manager to lead the stockroom operations, inbound/outbound flows and inventory control. You will manage a small team, coordinate daily fulfillment and ensure accuracy and efficiency to meet store standards.

The role requires proactive leadership, strong detail orientation and the ability to adapt to changing business needs, including early starts, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3+ years stockroom or distribution center experience.
• 2+ years people management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and task oriented.
• Full-time availability – early starts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day stockroom operations ensuring labeling and order.
• Manage daily e-commerce fulfillment (pick/pack/ship).
• Communicate with customer service, office leaders and stores via Slack/email.
• Reduce shrinkage by investigating discrepancies and optimizing inventory.
• Oversee store supplies for daily/weekly operations.
• Lead by example and foster an inclusive work environment.
• Support onboarding and training of new starters.
• Maintain knowledge of products and current trends.
