Job summary

JD Sports Canada is seeking a Back of House Coordinator at our Georgian Mall location in Ontario. This part-time, permanent role offers on-site work and opportunities to develop inventory, stock management, and e-commerce order fulfilment experience within a fast-paced retail environment.

You will lead stockroom operations, assist Front of House, manage labeling and placement, process orders for shipping, and communicate with stores and customer service.

Qualifications

2+ years of retail or stockroom experience.
Experience with Shopify platform is beneficial.
Flexibility to work weekends.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong computer and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and task oriented.
Proactive and organized.

Responsibilities

Support Front of House associates in pulling in-store customer requests.
Lead day-to-day operations of the stockroom, with labeling, placement, and cleanliness.
Receive, handle and manage inventory to support profitability.
Process daily e-commerce orders: picking, packing and shipping to customers.
Communicate daily with customer service and stores via Slack and email.
Investigate inventory discrepancies to reduce shrinkage.
Daily use of the inventory system.
